We’re not a big team with a dedicated support department fielding messages around the clock — we’re the humans actually living this pet-chaos life day to day, which means responses come from us personally, not a canned auto-reply. That also means it might take a few days to get back to you, especially on the days when someone’s chewed through a leash mid-walk or the birds have decided today is a screaming contest. But every message gets read, and we make it a priority to respond as soon as we reasonably can.
